Imagining and Visualizing is the best way to present an idea. This helps users to clarify a problem and identify an opportunity to solve it.

User experience is an essential part of the service and product these days. Designing the right UX and UI for different mediums will guarantee customer satisfaction.

Creating a prototype and making the 3D version of my vision truly exciting. It helps me and my clients to understand the idea and achieve success.

I AM USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER/PRODUCT DESIGNER WITH STRONG RESEARCH, PROTOTYPING AND DESIGN SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOCUSED ON CREATING HUMAN CENTERED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. AS A DESIGNER, I STRIVE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY CREATING UNIQUE SOLUTIONS THAT NOT ONLY SERVE THE SOCIETY BUT ALSO CRAFT THE RIGHT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Experiences
2021- Present
UX/ UI DESIGNER

Created functional prototype and conducting user research for clients - including facilitating workshops, interviews, surveys, usability testing sessions.

Researched and identified problems through user research and stakeholders talk and worked closely with product managers, owners, engineers to help define product user cases, roadmap, User flows, and wireframes.

Re-designed existing UIs to better adapt iOS and Android devices. Thereby, increased user satisfaction reduces worker's contacts ratio to support team and improves retention.
2019-2020
UX DESIGNER

Worked on innovative smart fitness product. In this project, wve used voice services to add a voice interface to the product and as the user experience designer of the project I was responsible for all aspects of our user experience for both the physical and the app.

Brainstormed and prototyped many concepts, in collaboration with the product team, that define the userinterface, navigation, and content for the app

Defined the customer experience roadmap, user journeys, flows and wireframes through behavioural data, user research, user-testing and user insights, sketching, prototyping for physical and digital product.

- Created process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
